As a bit of a homage to the former forum site, I thought I'd "reinstate" our discussion on one of the best sci-fi films ever made. It does have a rather tenuous connection to Lam, in a way, as Run Run Shaw served as one of the producers.

I did mention on the old forum that I had the five disc boxed set of this and was slowly working through the many different versions of the film plus the extras. I still haven't watched everything in the package. Time to revisit I think. Very Happy

Ahh yes! The boxed set! It was released and the fans let out a great sigh of relief. I own it on Blu-Ray and I must say it's everything you could wish for from the makers of this film. Every version ever seen is present, plus one version that hasn't been seen since before the film premiered. Miles upon miles of extras as well.

The Final Cut in 1080/24p is breathtaking! Surprised
