That lovely announcement

As I mentioned Lam Ching Ying changed my whole life.

A few days after the site took off on its journey on the Internet, Dashiell paid his tribute on the Memorial page. The next day he joined the first Forum.

For a short while we met only on the Forum, but shortly after we exchanged messanger IDs and started to chat online.

We fell in love.

Dashiell(Russ) visited me in Hungary as often as he could.

A great love, which knows no country borders.

We got engaged in Hungary in May 2008.

A decision had to be made. As I have no family in Hungary, my dear parents passed away and I am an only child, we decided that I should move to the USA, to Russ. A long and tiring procedure started to get me a Visa. But succeeded at the end of 2008. In December I moved to NY and in February we got married.

We are so very happy and wanted to share with you this amazing story.

IF I was not creating a site for Lam...

IF he could not find it...

IF he was not writing on the Memory Site...

IF there was no Forum...

... we would never know each other...

... we would never become a family...

God? Lam? Our deceased family members working on our case? Maybe all of them.

We are grateful!

That is amazing, I think it's utterly amazing, the great sifu Lam has actually brought a couple together!

Oh, he did and it really is amazing. Every time we tell our story it gets more and more unbelievable.
